A new patient interview, then your exam and X-rays. Dr. Chang explains what he sees and what he recommends, and you decide what happens next.

I was Dr. Wong’s patient. Am I in the right place?

Yes. Dr. Chang has taken over the practice, and our address and phone number haven’t changed.

Do you take my insurance?

Yes. We're in network with Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier. If you have another plan, we're happy to bill your insurance for you. Call (408) 224-2000 with your plan details and we'll check your coverage.

Can I come in without insurance?

Yes, we'd love to see you. With our membership plan, competitive cash rates, and CareCredit financing, we have options for most patients.

I’m nervous about the dentist. What can you do?

Tell us what worries you. Dr. Chang slows down, listens, and walks you through each step.

Do you offer sedation?

Yes. We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help you relax during treatment.

Where are you?

827 Blossom Hill Road, Suite W3, San Jose, CA 95123, near Oakridge Mall. Several dental offices share the complex, so look for Suite W3.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is a free parking lot.

What are your hours?

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8 am to 5 pm. Tuesday 9 am to 6 pm. Closed Friday to Sunday.
